John has now become a pawn to be used as both Moriarty and Mycroft please. But what everyone forgets is that a pawn has power, too.

Sherlock liked to insist he didn't have a heart, but that didn't work out so well when it stopped functioning like it was supposed to. And Sherlock really hated being in the hospital. Rated for language in later chapters. 28 chapters.

Written for a prompt. When a severe head injury lands John in a coma, somehow he ends up in Sherlock's mind palace. It's actually pretty nice there, and John is entertaining the notion of staying there, rather than returning to his broken body. But Sherlock isn't taking it as well, and John can feel him breaking around him. Five parts.

Not sure if this counts as a crossover, a fusion, or just a weird AU.

Slightly AU. Destiel. Dean is in Heaven with all his friends and family. And Castiel. And Dean is loving every minute of it.

Sherlock is not a virgin, or attracted to women, but when Irene touches him, something feels different. He isn't sure why that is. He begins to experiment to figure it out, but then John touches him. It is different in so many ways, and he learns that touch has nothing to do with gender. The thing that makes a touch special is the feeling behind it.

"Have you ever even been on a boat before, Sherlock?" "Twice. Neither times were particularly memorable, nor particularly warranting me stepping back onto a ferry." "So, why then?" "Because I have a case, John." Stepping onto a boat with Sherlock Holmes could be described as 'dangerous'. And, of course, John ignores the danger and steps on the boat, anyway.

In retrospect, when a car is careening straight for the cab you're in, maybe shouting "Look out!" isn't the best warning. You should simply get out of the cab and out of the line of danger- Oh, wait, you can't do that? Well then, shouting "Look out!" is probably the best line of action.

"I'm your Grim Reaper, John. You're going to die in six months." In which John is a man with only six months left to live, and Sherlock is the Grim Reaper.
