My name is Alexis, but nearly everyone I know calls me LEX. Yes, my nickname is spelled entirely in capital letters. The reason: I like Invader ZIM. I came about my nickname around four years ago when I was an extreme dork, but yet I was still most likely cooler than most of the people I met. Reason: I live in Virginia, and everyone in Virginia sucks. But, it's better than where I grew up, Maryland. All in all, I actually would perfer not to live in America at all, and move to somewhere cool, that has cool people. Like Canada, or Australia. Granted, I only know one person in each country, but it's still probably more cooler than America. You know, until Mara proves me wrong and proves that Australia sucks more. Than I'll just kidnap her and we'll move to Canada and ravage all Anime Conventions there, mostly Anime North.

I like any dark color, espcially Black, Blood red, the color purple that Gaz fom Invader ZIM wears, and Naruto-Headband Blue. Yes, that's what I'm referring the color to. I like writing, though previously, my computer has become most homosexual and crashed several times, wiping the hardrive with it. Thus, any stories that I may have created before have been lost. And this is partially why I hate technology.

My favorite anime is Naruto, which most people condemn me to a life of taunting and laughter for because of, but I don't see what's so wrong with it. Sure, it's runner up against InuYasha in the filler-factor. But all in all, it's not that bad of a show. Which brings to mind of something I absolutely despise. I hate the people that see that a show is so high in ratings, and so popular, that they have to mock it. If it wasn't so popular, they'd like it, because than it would at most be only them and a few other people watching the show. Those people can get bent. If a lot of people like the show, that's not exactly an amazing reason to turn your back on it completely because you're not a program outcast anymore. But I digress.

I also like Yu-Gi-Oh, but not that GX shit they were showing after the original series ended. That shit was more disappointing than the Eragon movie. Yu Yu Hakusho is also good. What I most liked about the show was that the americanized version wasn't crap. They actually had some relatively good voice actors, and didn't try to change everything from the original script. You know what I'm talking about, you Yu-Gi-Oh changing bastards. 4Kids can burn in hell. I can only shudder to imagine what would have become of Naruto if 4kids got their greasy, pimple covered nerd hands on it. Noein, the Japanese version, was also of sound foundation, and was very cleverly written. The Americanized version was shit compared to the Japanese version, as the Americanized Haruka was a mere annoying, high-pitched shadow of her former, Japanese self.

I am also a huge fan of Mai Otome, though I have seen Mai Hime, yet. Ouran High School Host Club was absolutely amazing, and I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. But if what I saw was casted in truth, the Americanized versions gonna suck more than Paris Hilton drunk at a party with nothing but men to keep her company. But perhaps I'm overdramatizing the situation.

I mostly write fanfictions of anime, but I can be diverse whenever I feel like it. I also take one-shot requests, when I'm in the mood to accept them. I am currently working on something, though I will not publish it for a while. That's really all I have to say... Go away now...
