Well... I can't say for sure why you're here, but since you are...

I won't tell you my personal details, or give you any websites; it makes it harder for the government to track me that way.

I have a few works posted on FictionPress; most of my stuff is independent anyway.

I will say that I have many different "favorite" books, and I will list the series by author here:

-- Terry Brooks: The Word and the Void, The Genesis of Shannara, The First King of Shannara, The Original Shannara Trilogy, The Heritage of Shannara, The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara, The High Druid of Shannara

-- David Eddings: The Belgariad, The Malloreon, Belgarath the Sorcerer, The Elenium, The Tamuli

-- Brian Jacques: All the Redwall books

-- Karen Hancock: Legends of the Guardian-King

-- Donita K. Paul: Dragon Keepers

-- L. B. Graham: The Binding of the Blade

-- J. R. R. Tolkien: The Lord of the Rings legendarium

-- Naomi Novik: Temeraire

-- Lloyd Alexander: The Chronicles of Prydain

-- The Star Wars movie novels (by assorted authors)

I'm sure that I'm forgetting some, but I'll update if I think of any more...

I also greatly enjoy the BioWare game Dragon Age: Origins...

"What we have in life that we can count our own is who we are and where we come from. For better or worse, that's what we have to sustain us in our endeavors, to buttress us in our darker moments, and to remind us of our identity. Without these things, we are adrift." -Taran

"How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end its only a passing thing, a shadow; even darkness must pass. A new day will come, and when the sun shines it'll shine out the clearer." -Samwise Gamgee to Frodo Baggins

(I wrote this quote, and I'm actually rather proud of it. It's in Fortress of the East on FictionPress.) "It is better to enjoy life for the memory of those dead than weep for them and not enjoy life at all." -Tarn Jubewesk to Sederan Dict

...Like I said, just a few quotes.
