I am a poet and short story writer with a fanfiction fetish on the side. I actually used to hate reading and writing when I was very young. If you enjoy my writing, you should probably be thanking my first grade teacher, without whom I would be basically illiterate. She would literally sit me down and go through entire books with me, and she made sure we had journaling time every day. Here's a toast to that fine lady.

I'm currently in college, studying to do business writing and write advertisements, promotion, and social media for companies and other organizations. I am a proud feminist and I am also a supporter of gay rights, which means there may be slash pairings in my fanfiction, there may be straight pairings in my fanfiction. I make no differentiation between the two. I also support cool, interesting female characters in central roles.

In the fandom game, I love Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, and various superhero movies and TV shows. I also watch anime and read manga, my favorites being Bleach, Naruto, and Yu-Gi-Oh. Occasionally I foray into the world of Jhonen Vasquez comics. My favorite TV shows are probably Sherlock, Poirot, and The Tudors. I love mysteries and political intrigue - television that makes me think.

I am not afraid of crossovers. Be warned.

I suffer from recurring bouts of depression and mania. I'm also hella busy and sometimes I have the attention span of a particularly stupid squirrel. (You know, "I'm about to make this really intellectual poi - OH LOOK AN ACORN!") This could affect story updates.

Hobbies: Reading, music (both listening and playing), movies and film, art lovin', journaling, and blogging. Also I do latch hooking and I plan to eventually move on to sewing, knitting, and embroidery. I love shopping and going to the movies with my small but intimate circle of family and friends. Or sometimes just hanging out, having pizza, and listening to music with some cool people. Sometimes I cook food. It happens. I love swing dancing and my cat and dog. I look like a Hot Topic store just exploded all over me, my hair is usually a mess, and I could not give even a single fuck about either one of those things. Oh, and I'm completely addicted to coffee. Does coffee addiction count as a hobby?
