![]() Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. February 3, 2007: I know I haven't posted or updated my one story in FOREVER, and I'm really trying to get more stuff on here. Most of my writing right now is original fiction, but there are a few fics that are in-progress--mostly Vampire Chronicles-based ones. Don't think "Shakespeare Comes to Hogwarts" will ever be resurrected, but who knows. The problem with me is that I write stories totally out of order (for example, I might write half of chapter 9, then chapter 3, etc.) so it's hard to post them until I get to writing chapter 1. But anyway...I know it's pointless having an account and to not post anything, so I'm trying my best. December 24, 2006: Merry Christmas! Happy Hanukkah! Happy Kwanzaa! Happy Winter Solstice! Happy Whatever-You-Celebrate! I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday season. I hope I do...and that I don't become obese from eating too many cookies. :) Welcome to PeachBlossom19's profile! My penname comes from my love of peaches, blossoms, and the number 19. Nuff said. Stuff about me...I love to WRITE (obviously), act, sing, dance, play piano, make up songs, hang out with friends, shop, be at the beach, swim, be random, and read stories/poems. Don't like flames, cous-cous or biscotti, the sound of people cracking their knuckles, necks, etc., or spiders. También hablo español. (I also speak Spanish.) And I'm learning French...I'm currently in French I at school. J'aime ecrire. AND I'm completely obsessed, for no particular reason, with everything having to do with vampires. I'm not sure how it started, but you'll notice that there are several vampire books in my fav books list. The movie Interview with the Vampire is also one of my fav movies (except for when it's overly-gory). But enough about that. Books: Harry Potter (I'm not one of the those crazed HP worshippers (no offense meant), but they are good books), His Dark Materials trilogy, The Phantom Toolbooth, The Phantom of the Opera, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy "trilogy" (really five books, for those of you who don't know), House of the Scorpion, Millicent Min: Girl Genius, The Princess Bride, Inkheart, The Haunting of Alaizabel Cray, Poison, So B. It, The Big Over Easy, Twilight, New Moon, the Bloody Jack books, the Vampire Chronicles (book 1 in particular), Peter and the Starcatchers, The Westing Game, A Mango-Shaped Space, Of Mice and Men, Phantom, A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, Silver Kiss Musicals: (kind of a random category, but I LOVE music, esp. musicals, so...) Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Into the Woods, A Christmas Carol, Wicked, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Jekyll & Hyde, Once More with Feeling (that musical episode of "Buffy: The Vampire Slayer"), Dessa Rose, Rent Quotes: "Not all who wander are lost." -- J.R.R. Tolkien "According to recognized aeronautical tests, the bumblebee shouldn’t be able to fly because of the weight and shape of its body in relation to the total wing area. The bumblebee does not share this perspective, so it goes ahead and flies anyway." -- Mary Kay Ash "I would sing with you, but I don't know the words." -- this guy in a dream I had "Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday." -- Anonymous "Shoot for the moon, if you fall you might catch a star." -- Brenda Song "If you take the W from ‘answer’ and the H from ‘ghost’ and the extra A from ‘aardvark’ and the T from ‘listen,’ you could keep saying ‘What?’ but no one would hear you since all the letters are silent." -- Olive Ostrovsky, 'The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee' "Gisoo, how can you pour mustard at a time like this?" -- my friend Katie (while we were watching a Giants vs. Mets game or something like that) "Music is like candy--you should throw out the (w)rappers." -- a friend of a friend "To love another person is to see the face of God." -- Les Miserables "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a gift--that's why it's called the present." -- bathroom sign "Enjoy today--yesterday is gone, tomorrow may never come." -- Anonymous "I went up to the wall and the wall was like, 'Hey, what's up' and then it punched me." -- The guy who played Perchik in "Fiddler on the Roof" that I was in, talking about how he walked into the mausoleum (To the sopranos) "Me and E flat are having issues." (to the piano) "You know what, E flat? You and me are through. Do you hear me? I am never playing you again...NEVER!" -- A girl in my choir who was playing piano for the sopranos and kept forgetting that she was suppoosed to play E flat instead of E natural "Bonnie: (flaunting her new yellow keychain) Like my new keychain? It's yellow and happy like the sun. "Be...like toast." -- My friend's weird friend Russell, several years ago. We were falling onto beds and he used that simile to try and make me stay straight. "Where are...those nuts, that I buried so long ago in the snow? I bury walnuts, and I bury peanuts, I bury sunflower seeds by the dozen and an acorn or two." -- The singing squirrel in the movie "Stranger in the Woods" (inside joke...don't ask) "My noodles warm my heart." -- Rkqs12, sipping hot noodles on a cold day Movie / TV quotes “Chad: So, if you become an athlete, you end up on a cereal box. If you become a singer, you end up in my mom’s refrigerator.” -- High School Musical “Jack Sparrow: But why is all the rum gone?” -- Pirates of the Caribbean (henceforth known as POTC) "Jack Sparrow: Elizabeth is safe, just like I promised. She's going to marry Norrington, just like she promised, and you get to die for her, just like you promised. So we're all men of our word, really, except for Elizabeth, who is, in fact, a woman." -- POTC “Arthur: So this is it. We’re going to die “Arthur: Normality? We can talk about normality until the cows come home. "Claudia: There is a man downstairs making a sandwich with a knife. If he finds out what happens, he will stop making said sandwich, come up here, and kill you." -- Grounded for Life "Spike: Randy? Randy Giles? Why not just call me Horny Giles or Desperate-for-a-Shag Giles? I knew there was a reason I hated you." -- Buffy the Vampire Slayer "Spike: What are you? The goddess of bad home perms?" -- BTVS "Lestat: Whining coward of a vampire that prowls the night killing rats and poodles; you could have finished us both. FictionPress.com penname: (profile is basically the same) (PLEASE read my poems and review on them!) ForeverThyme19 Fav HP pairings: Hermione/Draco Ginny/Harry Luna/Neville (SO CUTE!) Percy/Hermione Lilly/James (duh) NOTE: If anyone reads my fic "Shakespeare Comes to Hogwarts," PLEASE don't tell me that the correct quote is "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." In the play, it's "word," not "name." We had to read the play this year, so believe me, I know. Be sure to read RandomLittleWriter's "Random Stupid Corpse Bride Parody"...I'm in it! She decided to include all of her reviewers in one of the chapters. It's the first (and maybe only) time that I'll be in someone's story. It was nice. So yeah... If, for no reason, you have laughed during a movie part that wasn't funny, put this in your profile. (I have done this a lot lol) 92 percent of the teenage population would die if Abercrombie and Fitch said that it wasn't cool to breathe anymore. Put this in your profile if you're part of the 8 percent that would be laughing your butt off. Put this in your profile if you didn't know the Alphabet Song and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star had the same tune. Put this in your profile if, for some period of time, you thought the 'D' in Disney was a 'G'. Just because we eat animals for food, doesn't mean we can cut them up for clothing! If you are against fur coats, clothing, boots, ect, copy this onto your profile. Put this in your profile if your trying to be an Author(ess). 98 percent of teenagers do or has tried smoking pot. If you're one of the 2 percent who hasn't, copy & paste this in your profile. For me, crazy is a loose term. Crazy is when you stare at a pencil and laugh when someone asks you just what you find so interesting about the eraser. Crazy is when you have an hour long sob-fest, then start singing and dancing when your favorite song plays. Crazy is when you do or say a totally random thing, like "do you ever wonder where the eraser bits go?" or start having a thumbwar with yourself (i find that i am a very tough opponent). So if you're crazy, copy this onto your profile. If you have ever had a mad laughing fit for absolutely no reason, copy and paste this into your profile. If you're easily confused or confuzzled add this to your profile. There's nothing wrong with arguing with yourself. It's when you argue with yourself and LOSE when it's weird. If you agree, copy this and put it in your profile. If you have ever pushed on a door that said pull or vise versa copy this into your profile. If you hate those irritating mosquitoes giving you mosquito bites copy this in your profile. I'm bored...If you're bored then paste this in your profile and let the world know you have nothing to do... If you've ever burst out laughing in a quiet room, copy this into your profile. Does anyone agree with me that homophobes are nasty, insensitive people? If you like claymation movies (e.g. Wallace and Gromit, Corpse Bride) copy this into your profile. If you were sad when Steve Irwin died, copy this into your profile. If you have ever been so obsessed with something that now everyone is scared of you because of its effects copy this into your profile. If you forget things easily, paste this in your profile. If you actually read all that, kudos to you. Now...onto my fic(s)! |
