This is a modern story of Jack and Elizabeth , 2016, moving through life, and hopefully finding love along the way. I have enjoyed the modern day stories that have been posted, and thought I would try my hand at one as well. I hope you enjoy it!

This story was inspired by a scene in WCTH S2E1: Jack & Elizabeth arrive at the Thatcher home and make plans to meet in town a mere two hours later. They seem quite at ease to kiss goodbye! I found myself dwelling on Jack & Elizabeth's unseen trip from Coal Valley and Hamilton. This is my version of that "missing scene."

This is my vision/dream of what could happen immediately following the cliffhanger of Season 2.
