Prompt from repeatinglitanies: Belle and Rumpel unknowingly consume a magical nectar in front of two witnesses (Gepetto's puppet parents), effectively making them married in the eyes of magic. Now they can't be more than ten feet away from each other until the marriage is consummated.

Belle is locked up in a tower and given a choice: Marry one of the suitors her father has picked or stay in the tower. Instead, she calls on the Dark One to aid her in her plight.

While completing a deal with a certain mermaid, the Dark One takes his maid to the seashore for a brief vacation. There, he comes to realize certain feelings for the girl, while Belle come to see something in him she always suspected was there. Brief, not romance quite yet, mostly a sweet, fluffy friendship fic with a bit of danger, hot chocolate, and a silly Dark One thrown in.

Mr Gold, recent owner of Storybrooke's Library, is not interested in charging Belle rent. Belle insists she needs to pay and so he asks to kiss her hand. It starts out innocently enough but then the wicked landlord decides to "raise the rent". Little by little "collecting the rent" starts to become a euphemism for much more pleasurable activities. After 28 years in the asylum Belle has a difficult time adjusting to life, freedom, and clear thoughts. So long forgotten and uncared for she can't help but feel broken and wonders what Rumpelstiltskin thinks of her brokeness. One-shot. Enjoy!

The Dark One is the most feared highwayman in the Kingdom, yet the Lady Belle seems adamant on braving his prefered road in order to visit the Monk's Library… From a prompt that was meant to be a drabble, but then it wasn't.
