Hello, I am Musical-Mel. I am new to Fanfiction, although I have been reading other's fics for years. I created my own account hoping to share some of my own stories. I am also hoping to "adopt" some stories written by a close friend of mine that were abandoned several years ago. I joined this site to give myself a hobby now that I am a stay-at-home mother. I am new to writing, and I thought fanfiction would be a good way for me to start!

Once I start a story I will do my best to update on a regular schedule and to finish. There are a lot of stories on here that never get finished for lots of different reasons. I would like to try to make sure my projects get completed. However, I have a husband, son, and dog to take care of. My son has a lot of health problems and it may not always be possible for me to update or publish on time. If any of my work ever gains any followers, I apologize in advance for that.

I Knew What You Were: After Rose has a terrible week, Scorpius does his best to comfort her. This is the first (and currently only) fanfic I have ever written! I was given a prompt and just wrote what came to my mind. I am actually not an incredibly huge Harry Potter fan, though I found the books and movies to be entertaining. I hope someone might be able to enjoy my story about Rose, Scorpius, and their friendship that I imagine blossoming into a romance.
