I use this account for reporting stories violating the guidelines. The categories I browse aren't regularly moderated by any larger group (CU for example). I honestly don't understand why users insist on breaking the rules. It's not hard to adhere to them. It's also not like they can't post their ToDs and SYOCs here either, we have the forums. As snobbish as it may sound, I care for this website. I dislike going on silent reporting sprees; this method, while it'll probably provoke some, I feel is fairer.
