I do not wish to share my name, although the people I am acquainted with have given me the following nicknames: Mai, M, Canedo, and Marsh.
I would prefer if you referred to me as Mai, however.

I love music, in fact, my favorite band is My Chemical Romance. I enjoy all genres, although Alternative Rock is what I most listen to.

I also love other bands such as (Please bear with me, the list is endless): Green Day, the Smashing Pumpkins, Scorpions, Guns N' Roses, Nirvana, Evanescence, Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, Simple Plan, Coldplay, Paramore, Bullet for my Valentine, Fall Out boy, Panic! At the Disco, Nickelback (Yes, Nickelback.), Sum 41, the Script, The Used, 30 Seconds to Mars, Lindsey Stirling (Not a band, just one of my favorite violinists), Avenged Sevenfold, AC/DC, We The Kings, Mindless Self Indulgence, Japanese music, and Queen.

I play the violin, though I wanted to play the guitar and/or the bass guitar.

I quit piano when I was seven.

I do LOVE anime. My favorites are: Death Note (FAVORITE. I obsess over it a bit too much), Pandora Hearts, D. Gray Man, DRRR!!!, Deadman Wonderland, FullMetal Alchemist, Black Butler, and Angel Beats.

The one anime character I do in fact consider my favorite, and that I do relate with very much is Mello (from Death Note).

I also watch Adventure Time and Metalocalypse, although they're just cartoons (Metalocalypse a bit more than just a cartoon, but that's what it is classified as).

I do play games, although my recent favorites have been Slender and Sanatorium (which is based on Slender).

The Slenderman scares the living daylights out of me.

I enjoy reading various novels, some Shakespeare, others Stephenie Mayor and Suzanne Collins.
My favorite movie in Inception.

I'm pretty weird, that I'll admit haha. I do type "haha" a lot, because I just type the way I talk, and well, I use "haha" whenever I'm laughing. You don't say.

I have read fanfiction (not so inappropriate, you shippers (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡), though I have been scarred for life with some.

Nevertheless, writing is one of my hobbies. I LOVE writing stories, and i'll always make up at least 10 good plots everyday without even writing them down. And that's my problem when I write.

I'll have a good idea, but I'll move on to the next. So I can't have a story planned out, because I'll get bored of it easily. I just like to write without have any sort of direction. I know this is a bad quality for a writer, however, it has always given my stories very pleasant endings and it all connects together, turning out to be just fine.

I do not believe in sad endings. But it doesn't mean I've never written one.

Although I do consider myself a good writer, I never have time to write. So although I hate when I read a good fanfiction and the writer takes three millenniums to ever update again, the same actually happens with me. So I apologize.
