I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and have been online on fanfiction for a while reading and reviewing, but until recently never posted my own fanfic.
My favourite character is Sirius Black, my favourite ship is James/Lily.
I read all kinds of HP fanfics, Marauder-Era, Next Gen and Current Gen, but my favourite has to be the Marauder-Era, just because of the geniuses James, Sirius, Remus & Lily.

Nah, I can't see Tonks with anyone other than Remus. Not even Scabior. And I don't know what else they'd do.

Sirius+James. I'm quite sure there is, although I haven't read any.

Fred, Regulus, Hermione. Don't think I have any friends on FF though.
Depends on what type of fic it is though.

Sirius and Remus are in a happy relationship until Remus suddenly runs off with Regulus. Sirius, broken-hearted has a hot one-night stand with Ron and a brief unhappy affair with Harry, then follows the wise advice of Hermione Granger and finds true love with George Weasley.
I'd call it wrong on so many levels.
