Greetings Earthlings!

My name is Ashley and I'm relatively new to the FanFiction game. I only began reading them around December of 2015 and finally became inspired enough to write one of my own, hence the FF.net account!

I live in New York and have a Master's degree in English which I wouldn't trade for the world but has helped me get 0 jobs so I'm currently employed as an Administrative Assistant. I've been trying to keep writing and have found fanfiction to be a great creative outlet. I also write some non-fiction -usually science related - and creative fiction.

As for my nerdoms, in no particular order they are: Harry Potter, all of Tolkien's works, Doctor Who, Firefly, X-files, Star Trek, Game of Thrones, Legend of Zelda, Earthsea, Sherlock, Futurama and much more. I'm also a pretty serious anglophile. My mother's side of the family is Scottish so a lot of our inherited traditions are from British culture.

I'm not big in the social media game so I don't have a Tumbler or Twitter or whatever the kids have these days but I do plan to be checking and updating this regularly.
