So, if anyone actually finds this, rejoice! This author is not dead! His works, on the other hand...

I'll give it to you guys straight. I have little desire to return to my earlier works, for reasons I'll list below.

Challenge Book - I am honestly unsure if these are allowed on the site. In any case, if I ever get around to coming up with challenges instead of acting out on ideas, it'll probably be put in an entirely new document. Possibly something for me to put the plot bunny drippings, like Rorschach's Blot's "Odd Ideas".

Naruto's Challenges - Oh sweet merciful f*k what was I doing

Naruto Code - I'll be honest, I had high hopes for this story. I kind of also botched it's execution in totality.

The Sorceress and her Knight - I was in nowhere near a healthy state of mind when I wrote this. I am working on new SI crap right now, and have a few sequel ideas for that one.

And nothing needs to be said about Guardian Angel since it's a oneshot, but that aside, allow me to address my two 'greatest'(vomits in mouth) works, Naruto Code and The Sorceress and her Knight.

Naruto Code wasn't my first ever fanfic, it was the first fanfic that I thought had enough potential to put online, that a friend of mine convinced me to put online. Do I regret it? Not one bit. Do I regret ever writing it? Not one bit. Do I wish I could put it in a box somewhere and never look at it again? Yes.

Both Naruto Code and TSahK are both afflicted by 'hyper plot bunny syndrome', wherein I just threw a bunch of random plot bunnies into it, thinking they might be able to help things along... And then they didn't. I have no idea about the former, but the me in TSahK as well as Selphie were slated to become the Sorcerer/ess of Time and Space respectively.

I can guarantee that I will never come back to these stories.
The concepts are another matter entirely.

Do I think I could write a fanfic where Naruto gets his mitts on The Book of Prophecy? Yes.
Do I think I could write a Self Insert wherein I wind up getting trained as a SeeD? Yes.
Will I do so in the near-future? Probably not.

Finally, I may be joking about purging stuff from my profile, and ranting about old shames and stuff, but I won't delete any of my stories. They exist for a number of reasons; they were the foundation from which I grew as an author, and as such hold a certain place of honor.

They are also utter garbage according to my inner critic, and keeping them around reminds me that I am not the world's greatest author or something stupid like that.

Victims of the purge:
"Humorous Exchanges" - Reason: They're more humorous in-context, and out of context feels like ruining a punchline. At least, for the jokes I didn't outgrow. This section will return if I find a section of a fanfic that the entire joke can be taken out of context, and have the will to transcribe it.

Theories - Reason: Aside from probably being discredited by canon, this stuff is the realm of the author to decide on. If I come up with some answers for something I consider important, this section might return.

Challenges and Original Jutsu - Reason: Being literal cancer. literary cancer.

Copy and Paste profile stuff - Reason: Being copy and paste profile crap.

Quotes - Being rebuilt over time. If I find anything I like, I might come back here and add it on.

Okay, still not dead, nothing is abandoned. Everything is on hiatus until I get around to them. Sadly, due to the increase of my writing skill, the odds of me continuing from where I left off are slim. Most of my work on this site isn't liable of getting updated unless it's caused by me doing a rewrite.

Okay, wanted to inform you all that I am not dead.
After that, wanted to add a little factoid:
Okay, in all my self inserts I release, from here to any time in the future, anywhere you see me use 'Uzumaki' as my last name? Giving some weak excuse for it's use? Ignore that. I was trying to rationalize censorship.
I trust you all about as far as I can throw you with my actual identity. Any last name I use is me hiding my actual last name from you. Canonically speaking, I used my real last name. This is applicable EVERYWHERE. If this is NOT applicable, I will make note of it via Author's Note.
