After reading many fanfics on this site and extremely overanalyzing them to the point of never wanting to read another fanfic again I have pretty much figured out the basic flaws in fanfics. They will be posted in my up and coming "Kelsey's Declassified Fanfic Survival Guide." Yes, I did get the title from an amazing but too short nickelodean TV show title. !Now Posted!

I can truthfully say most of my fanfics will probably be Romance with bits of angst on the side. The reason I actually became a member of this site was because I wanted to leave comments that people could actually respond to, and also so I could post my own 'Guide to writing a Fanfic'.

I have started writing an original story which I hope to publish one day, and I would be SO grateful if you would read it and review! I am fifteen, have a little brother (age 12) named Cody.

Some of my favorite books are the Books of Pellinor (can't wait for 'the Singing'!), Harry Potter, Eragon (Again, can't wait til 'Brisingr' comes out.) and The Anita Blake Series (Vampires, Lycans and Necromancers, Oh My).

I write both poems and stories, but my stories are better I think. Though my poems are getting better. This is one of my most recent poems:

Kirra, am I, Spirit of thought
Wherever I go, destruction is wrought
Fighting the part where macabre is sought
Run from me, now, or may you all rot!

Alone in this room, words flee from my pen
To scatter, hysterical, across the page, when
In my mind they weave circles, leave echoes to spin
Webs of vulnerability in dark corners of sin

The light raineth down, from the luminous moon
Where the one who has stolen my heart doth loom
He hides in his kingdom, impervious, immune
To my cries on his hearth that lie evermore, strewn

My Roses are black and your violets are blue
My Poison's not sweet, but then neither are you
Know when you're here that my words will be true
'Cause I refuse to lie like your parents do

You'll watch and you'll learn, you piteous fool
Then realize, aghast, that I'm far from a tool
You can plead and then moan, I know that I'm cruel!
This is nothing compared to the torture you fueled

Euphoric and winsome, my words make you soar
They carry you freely through mem'ries and lore
Aloft in divinity, without thought of a floor
You'll cajole me until I allow you one more

Oceanic thought is a perilous path
It ignites flames in a practical wrath
No more should you dream of nary but math
For 't'will only cause anguish as peer-folk will laugh

Blast what they think, it's a dreary, cold world
Without dream and ambition, only mis'ry's unfurled
Do you wish to lie forever, in such a ball curled?
Then break forth a new destiny for yourself in this world!

To lie stagnant, content, in this world is a joke
While so many causes are want to be spoke
There's surely a cause in which righteousness 'vokes
Then allow the flame burning lukewarm to be stoked!

My two favorite shows on TV are Criss Angel MINDFREAK on A&E at 10 PM on Tuesdays, and Ned's Declassified on Nick. Any other shows are on the station Adult Swim, or sometimes (only one) on Cartoon Network.

I like music. A lot. And anime too, they're probably the biggest things in my life right now besides writing. I SO want to go to another concert. Or an anime convention. But i really need a concert to go to now.
