![]() Author has written 1 story for Tokyo Mew Mew. Hello, my name is Potato U Princess, or Potato-chan, as I am likely to call myself when signing reviews or other messages. I have an interest in a wide variety of subjects and fandoms, ranging from Star Trek to Tokyo Mew Mew. While I do like to write original stories, I am also very interested in fan fiction because of the way it lets you investigate situations and facets of the characters that were not fully explored in the original book, show, musical, or what-have-you. I hope you will find my stories interesting, and enjoyable. If you find any plot holes, inconsistencies with the original story or characters who seem to be mutating into borderline Mary-Sues, please let me know so I can fix the problem. Along with writing, I am very much into art. I primarily use an anime/manga type style, but I will occasionally attempt realism or other types if the urge strikes me. If you'd like to view my work, feel free to visit my Deviantart account here: That being said, I think I'll finish up this introduction with a quote or two from some very insightful artists, authors, and others. "Literature is a luxury; fiction is a necessity.” - G. K. Chesterton "The faculty of imagination is the great spring of human activity, and the principle source of human improvement. As it delights in presenting to the mind scenes and characters more perfect than those which we are acquainted with, it prevents us from ever being completely satisfied without present condition, or with our past attainments, and engages us continually in the pursuit of some untried enjoyment, or of some ideal excellence. Destroy this faculty, and the condition of man will become as stationary as that of the brutes." - Dugald Stewart "Remove every barrier you can to fandom. A fan will be an evangelist for your work." - Dave Kellett "It is all very well, when the pen flows, but then there are the dark days when imagination deserts one, and it is an effort to put anything down on paper. That little you have achieved stares at you at the end of the day, and you know the next morning you will have to scrape it down and start again." - Elizabeth Aston "I paint my own reality. The only thing I know is that I paint because I need to, and I paint whatever passes through my head without any other consideration." - Frida Kahlo "Painting is an attempt to come to terms with life. There are as many solutions as there are human beings." - George Tooker |
