Diamond Tiara is spoiled brat. Shes only 7-8 years old but already knows how to be a bully. Snails is 7 and has a mental disability, he is slow. Snails takes a liking to Diamond Tiara and the two become friends. The story follows the month before school starts and tells of the home life and short friendship between a brat and a pony with mental problems.
