Maya meets Lucas at a club

Maya and Lucas have been friends for years. The triangle was forgotten long ago and the topic of feelings was left back in middle school by everybody. At least, that's what everyone thought.

Maya and Lucas have a newborn. They wake up to the baby crying in the middle of the night and Lucas goes to take care of him/her. Maya overhears him talking to the baby on the baby monitor.

A simple conversation turns into a never ending game of questions and answers when Lucas realizes that he never got to know Maya the way he would have liked.

They were supposed to finally be together. And they will be. In this world and the next. lucaya/collaboration.
