Author has written 2 stories for Vocaloid.

Male, age 20. I feel old. I write stupid fanfiction about the life and times of mascots for voice synthesizer programs, I'm not a loser in any way.

Actually I used to have a few fics on here for some different fandoms but they shall remain unmentioned as they were stupid and not worth reading... That and I deleted them and then lost the original copies I had of them long ago so whatever. I used a different name then too.

Vocaloid: singing robots. I found this stuff back in March due to a thread of images of Rin and Len (and some links to PV's to go along with them.) Needless to say I was enthralled. If there are two things I can say about the Vocaloid fandom it is that it is a really amazing fandom and that youtube comments should not be read so long as one wishes to keep one's sanity. Really though, I'm not sure what interests me more: the music (finding a song that uses the voice banks in a way that makes them sound human is just amazing, and I end up liking a lot of the music anyway) or the fact that there has developed an entirely fan-driven community based around stupid pieces of software, a picture of a character, and some basic hight/weight/age stats. To the point where each character has developed to the point where they are as well know as, say, any anime character.

As for specifics: I am a Kagamine person myself. Rin and Len got me into Vocaloid and they're honestly what keeps me addicted to it in its entirety. Brother and sister, a couple, both at the same time, whatever, I love it all in its diabetes-inducing sweetness. Of course I have branched off and pretty much like every character and at least some of their songs, I keep coming back to the twins. So, the majority of which I write will probably fit into that realm. I am aware that puts me in the majority around here, oh well.

At the moment I am my own beta reader. Also, I am not an English major or something so while I like to think that my command of the English language is fairly good and that I can write something without any glaring errors, my writing will occasionally have some grammatical errors. Feel free to point and laugh at them. The same can not be said for this profile and any authors notes I write as they are mostly written at 3 am or something when I'm tired and just want to hit the damn submit button. Leave me alone!

Coming soon to a website near you!

(Future plot ideas and such)

Synchronicity:

THIS, CHILDREN, IS CALLED PROCRASTINATION.

Okay, so I'm not dead or anything but between school/procrastination/biiiiigtime writers block (which I think I've finally overcome) I just haven't really gotten around to this. It's in progress though, I think I finally know what I'm doing with it.

The problem is I pretty much have to actually decide where I want to go with this story since I've pretty much decided that it is only "based on Synchronicity" and not really a direct retelling. As a result I've hit a lot of stumbling blocks trying to lay out the major plot points of my story for myself. It's funny, I have a zillion ideas for what to do AFTER this chapter, its just this one in particular seems to want to give me trouble.

I'm not going anywhere.

Not quite done with this, got one more thing to add. Will get to it eventually.

A Faint Wish (New Millennium Series)

You know, I said to myself when I opened up open office again for the first time in two years that if I was going to start writing again, especially for this fandom, I would avoid doing thing's based on the PV's... I lied obviously so yeah...

Anyway, I wanted to do something based on this PV as the post-apocalyptic future setting setting intrigues me (I blame video games.) It'll probably just be a one shot (maybe two shot like "I'm Not Going Anywhere" is going to be when I finish. I don't think it will be just story version of the PV so much as just something that takes place in that setting.

And some ideas for random oneshots (cause everyone's gotta have a one shot collection amirite? I'm so damn clever hurr hurr)

If I do delve into other parings/characters it will be here. Meiko and Kaito being of particular interest in this category.

The above are just the things that I currently have something written for (even if it's just, like, a paragraph for one or two of them) I actually have quite a few more ideas that I want to do. If you couldn't tell this pretty much shows that my writing habits are chaotic at best as I tend to get sidetracked pretty damn easily so I end up working on like a billion things at the same time. I'm not sure if this will make me get things out faster or slower in the end. Oh well.

For those of you who actually got this far down, do feel free to check my profile often. I don't have a LJ account or anything (though I have toyed with the idea of getting one for fandom related things.) As such, I currently use this profile as a stupid blog type thing for my writing and update it pretty frequently. (Why am I even writing this? No one ever reads this crap.) (I use parentheses waaaaaaay too much)()()()()()()ectectect...
