1) Please tell me the hair color, skin color, eye color, personality, weapon and district

2) No Mary-Sues, I will not put any Mary Sues in the story

3) 1 tribute for each author

4) only 24 tributes, no more

5) if I kill your tribute please don't kill me!

6) Half of the tributes will die in the bloodbath

7) If you want to join an alliance with someone I need permission from both you and the other person (but beware, the other person can break off the alliance without your knowledge and have the ability to kill you)

8) Please tell me the outfit you would like to wear for the interview and parade.

9) Please give me time to write the story, I will be out of town this week so be patient

10) be nice, no cyber bullying them if they did something you did not like. If I felt like that was something they would do then yell at me, not them.
