When Thanos finds himself losing ground in his war he steps outside of the timestream and rewrites himself a better universe. Somehow Peter is the only one who recognizes the wrongness and he's determined to set it right again. With Xandar gone and Ronan back on his warpath, and Nebula as his only ally, he must search the galaxies for his missing friends.

At first, Yondu distances himself from Peter to avoid the inevitability of having his heart crushed by the guilt of failing yet another child. Despite his best efforts, it isn't long before he finds himself caring too much.

After destroying Ego's planet and loosing the only father he had, Peter isn't sure what comes next for the Guardians, or more specifically; for him. He was half celestial. His dad was sort of a planet, or a god. But he knew with Ego destroyed, everything about ever being immortal or all powerful was gone, but it was still part of him, right?

As the galaxy recovers from the Battle of Xandar, a new enemy emerges. Refusing to submit to the Nova Corps, the Spartoi Empire threaten to start a war that could tear the galaxy apart. However, when the Guardians enter the fray, one of the members discovers they may have a personal connection to the Emperor, and they begin to fear that they may be fighting for the wrong side.

Set post-movie. There are some Kree who can't believe that Ronan was taken down by a puny Terran. They track down the so-called Star-Lord to express their displeasure, and to see what kind of man it takes to hold an Infinity Stone. [Rating is for language and physical violence.]

Join the Guardians in their bounty hunt for mysterious man, but when they dive in head first, they realize there's more then meets the eye. Soon the entire universe is in danger and it's up to the Guardians to save it once again.
