After taking liberties with their timeline, I decided to splice together an Alex/Piper story of their pre-prison and post-prison lives together. Rated M for sexy stuff because these two are too awesome to keep apart for long. Some references to their time inside will also be made.

Police Detective Piper Chapman strikes up a work-release deal with incarcerated white collar criminal Alex Vause, a con artist as relentless in her flirtation as in her illegal pursuits. [Cop/Criminal AU]

Brief, fluffy piece to ease the transition between lengthy angst fics. This is a complete whim, and probably the only time I'll ever write this trope/genre for these two. I don't even want to say anything else. Canon compliant with the end of season two, just fast forward a few years.

One-shot fic which takes place around Piper and Alex's early, apparently joyful traveling days.

Summary: Henry thinks that his moms should kiss so that Emma will get her powers back. The thirteen year old is so convinced that he's right, he procures the magical items necessary from Mr Golds Shop to lock them in a closet until they kiss.

"Maybe there was too much f****** history between them." Set in the future, this story takes place years after season 1, when both Piper and Alex are already out of prison and haven't seen each other in a very long time. There'll be flashbacks, but I'll be making up what happens in the future, while doing my best to stay true to the characters.

AU fic set in ancient Rome. Regina, a Vestal priestess, crosses paths with a mysterious gladiator. Suddenly, her life is not quite the same. Historical!Swan Queen.

Whether it was the safe and quiet path, or the scary, dark trail through the forest, the road I walked would always lead me back to her, even if I didn't know it yet.

This was originally a one-shot story, but I've decided it's going to be a multi-chaptered series of vignettes to illustrate how I imagine Piper and Alex's relationship to have evolved, because that's the most interesting aspect for me. Thanks in advance and for bearing with me. Cheers.
