I live in Canada, which is the best country in the world :) And I'm a guy by the way.

I read mostly Harry Potter, but I also read Yugioh/Yugioh GX and Pokemon. I like Fire Emblem fanfiction too, but that section is pretty small. Lately, I've gotten into Percy Jackson. I'm also a tender hearted sap and only write romance.

Favourite Pairings:

Harry Potter:

James/Lily (I like this pairing because so little was said about it. Rowling never said how Lily fell in love with James, so there are always so many possiblities, even for canon writers)

Harry/Ginny (It was obvious Cho was never gonna end up with Harry. If you're gonna give the main character a girl, introduce her quickly, and Cho was introduced in the third book. The only options were Hermione and Ginny, and Ron obviously liked Hermione, so she was taken. Ginny had a crush on Harry too, so since the second or third book, it was obvious)

Remus/Tonks (They just...fit)

Teddy/Victoire (I just like the pairing, it's odd)

Fire Emblem:

Sain/Fiora (I like both of them)

Franz/Amelia (I just find it cool, and besides, Franz is the only one besides your lord who can recruit her)

I used to prefer AU over canon, but lately, I find myself prefering canon. I still like AU stories, but I find too often that they just don't have a good story. While canon ones don't necessarily have to either, I feel they have a better base. Also a lot of AU stories are just... meh.
