Dean, Sam, and Bobby are getting ready to question Cas on what has really been up to when the Messenger of God pops up with a lesson for them to learn. They wind up in 2014 and learn that, really, it's all downhill from here. So what can they do to change this future? Takes place in 6x20, 10x01, 10x02, and 10x03.

There's really no way it could get worse, so Dean decides to let the third witness come forward. However, he wasn't expecting that person to be put on the stand. Set in 7x04 "Defending Your Life." Hints of one-sided Destiel, but not any more than is already in the show.

Castiel woke in a strange hotel, without his memories and with the angels' voices in his head, constantly speaking of two brothers - the Winchesters. Castiel quickly befriends the two, and would do anything to stay by their sides, even lying about his origins. But Castiel realizes that Dean also has something to hide, and his secret may be deadlier than they ever imagined.

Knight of Hell Dean Winchester has long since grown tired of the monotony of his role as the unofficial king of Halloween Town. Sensing this, his brother contracts the local mad scientist to make something to help bring back his frightening contenance. An angel forged of souls is the result. It may be just what the mad doctor ordered, and what Dean never knew he needed.

It took 480 years to break Castiel. Ten years for every hour that passed on Earth. Castiel can't turn back from his new-found knowledge, but then again, too much heart has always been his problem. My take on 4x20 "The Rapture." Also a bit of 4x22 at the end. Slight Destiel.

"Well we're not hiding a monster corpse, and we don't even have any booze. So nah, we're good." The grim faced pair of policewomen topping the hill and stalking towards them don't look "good" to Castiel, but admittedly he has little basis for comparison. Dean falls into a panic attack; can't breathe or comprehend what is happening to him. Cas comforts him and in a split-second everything changes and Dean learns why he couldn't breathe.

Post-Season 8 finale, the boys and the now human Castiel have to get rid of a ghost at the local Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Human!Cas antics and a bit of the cockblocking moose follow quickly behind. This is most certainly a destiel fic, just rated for Dean's language.
