My favorite/reading list is starting to become quite unmanageable

This all began some time ago after reading Star by Star, yes Troy Denning is the devil. After the death of my childhood hero, ironically during my first bout of re interest in the series in almost a decade I was at a loss as to what I should do.

Picket, boycott, email, chat rooms? I was almost 18 years old at that point but even so losing Anakin after he finally got off his butt and kissed Tahiri was just unacceptable. But how could I possibly fix this mess Troy Denning had made of my childhood?

Luckily that question lead to my discovery that many others had felt the same and become vocal of their displeasure online. Through my forum traveling I eventually uncovered my first fanfic. I still remember the excitement of seeing my unfairly deceased characters brought to life once more and I began pouring over every story I found, reading for days upon days. After some time I got off my own butt made an account to keep track of stories I wished to find again and thus I unknowingly began my incredibly long list of favorite stories.

It started with pure fluff then on to romance and angsty tragedies. My interests are as numerous as the stories on this site and I don't think I could ever explain precisely what it is that convinced me to continue reading all these different stories. From tales of strange alternate universes to utterly heartbreaking sorrow I fell in love with them all. At the moment I find myself quite taken with femslash, of which my favorite pairings are Bellatrix/Hermione and Alice/Isabella (I am a guy so don't ask how exactly that happened).

I am not much of a reviewer nor a critic, and I hardly ever write my own works but I truly love this site and a lot of you writers out there. That said I am finally updating my profile this new years day so that I can say thank you to all the writers out there for continuing to allow me to enjoy your stories, happy new years 2014!!
