Hi! I'm Dominique.

I am a Christian, I am not cold hearted, I do not support animal or child abuse. Bullying is mean, and so is shooting people. I am not, as you so elequently said, a "shithead" because I did not copy and paste your pieces on gay rights. I belive that it is a sin because that is what it says in the Bible, but that doesn't mean that all gay people are going to hell, or I hate them because they are gay. Gluttony is a sin too, so I guess if all gay people are going to hell so are all fat people.

I am fairly certian that 98% of the teenage population has not smoked pot, or would die if breathing stopped being cool.

If someone I'm close to says something hurtful I can rest assured in who I know I am, know if what they said is true or false, and work to forgive them. But saying that it doesn't still hurt? That's a lie.

In other words: no, I'm not going to copy and paste that.

*IMPORTANT*IMPORTANT*IMPORTANT*

I love this site, and all you fellow authors, but right now I am sad.
More and more I have been seeing on people's profiles those aweful copy and paste things that threaten death or rape if they are not posted in two minutes or something like that. More often than not, I see next to it something like "I'm sorry you had to read this, but I was really scared." I hate this. If you are some one who writes those, STOP! They've already done caused enough bad. I know, I know, I'm over reacting, but even if these are only written for attention, they do real harm. They are not all fun and games.

Feel free to copy this into your profile, but rest asured that nothing will happen to you if you don't.

-Dominique

Story info:

On the Edge of the Forest:

So you may have noticed that I haven't updated recently. Sorry. I have (sorta) good news though! I'm working on a novel that progressed into a series, and in it I finally found Maeve's role! She's a character that I've been toying around with for a long time, but this time I finally got it right, so updates might be very slow, but if/when it gets published you can all buy my books and read more about her! :)

First, and I think most importantly, is the subject of names. Most of the names in this story mean something, and if they don’t yet, they might. I get my names from a variety of places, though most are European.

Princes Charles and William have absolutely nothing to do with their real counter parts in England. That was all subconscious until my mom asked me about it. Possible name changes in the future, if I find a good one.

Naline’s name and the name of the village (Galoth) are both made up by me as far as I know. Galoth is completely random, but Aline is a real name that means ‘light.’ I just threw an ‘n’ in there.

Maeve is Celtic, and means mystical queen. Her real name is Sarah, meaning princess.

Madesco is Latin, but I’ll leave it up to you to find out what that one means. (Yes, I know its lame; I just thought that it sounded cool.)

The Most High Councilor and Most Powerful Man in the Kingdom of Madesco Only after the King’s name also came from a Latin root, and I swear, it just meant crafty, or something like that, but according to my grandmother, it also meant something else. Now, I’m very sorry if I offended you, and I have changed his name, but since I don’t spend my time researching old fashioned terms for that, I really didn’t know that’s what it was. His new name is Bob. I hope that isn’t offensive.

Audrea is supposed to sound close to Aurora without being too obvious… Please let me know if you have a better suggestion.

My current favorite place to find names is www . baby hold . com so you can search there if you have questions on minor character names.

Next, I just want to thank everyone who reviewed. Cookies for everyone, ‘cuz your constructive criticism is the best! I love suggestions, because my ideas are… vague.

Hopefully updates will continue in the slightly sporadic if still mainly timely fashion, but I’m thinking about moving to longer chapters, slower posts. Thoughts on this?

That’s all for now, but just remember, any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Angela: And that concludes the poison of the day. Join in next week to find out why it is impossible to make an apple pie without adding pepper!

Three has to marry either Eight, Four, or Nine. Who do they choose?

Everyone gangs up on Three. Does Three stand a chance?

Everyone gangs up on me.

Me: Uh, no chance. I can't believe you guy's are doing this!

Everyone is invited to Two and Seven's wedding except for Eight? How does Eight react?

Mulan arives late for Eragon and Maeve's wedding.

Mulan: Sorry, I had to save China.

Maeve: No problem.

Five and Nine get drunk and end up at your house. What happens?

Harry and Mulan get drunk. I draw mustashes on their faces while they're passed out.

Nine murders Two's best friend (Has to be someone on the list). What does Two do to get back?

Mulan kills Angela. Eragon sets Saphira on her.

Six and One are in mortal danger. Does Six save One or themselves?

Dumbledore and Angela are in mortal danger.

Killer toads attack*

Angela: It's okay, toads don't really exist.

Dumbledore saves himself.

Eight and Three go camping. But they forget food. What do they do?

Nick and I go camping.

Nick: I don't need to eat.

Me: I hate camping.

Five is in a car accident and is critically injured. What does Nine do?

Harry is in a car accident and is critically injured. (Ironic!)

Mulan: I don't know what a car is...

Harry: *face palm*

The quiz is over. By the way, how did Two and Seven end up?

Pretty good actually. Besides the fact that Maeve is still young in the fanfic (she's older in this!), and I firmly belive in ExA.
