Dorothy Gale, now a lovely young woman of nineteen, has stopped believing in magic. All that she once believed in has been viciously torn away from her with the coming of war. But a new evil is coming and the Great and Powerful Oz is on his deathbed. He knows of only one who can save the people of Oz, as she has in the past.
