Personality: Kouen's childhood was a product of the times he lived in: the constant fighting made him a perfectionist that would keep at something until he mastered it, and his triumphs on the battlefield made him very confident in his abilities and talent. Whenever one of these personality traits was challenged, as they tended to be by Yamoshi, Kouen's competitive streak would emerge. Kouen did not mind Yamosh's influence in this regard; he believed that the only way to survive in the universe was to make allies to strengthen ones self.

During his time as a Saiyan Warrior, Kouen did what he thought was in the Saiyans best interests. Unlike Yamoshi's compassion, Kouen took a merciless approach. Since their methods were so different, Kouen hated to hear Yamosh's name during diplomatic discussions, in fact he hated diplomacy to begin with as he saw it as a quite form of conflict. After his defection from Yamoshi, Kouen's priorities became centred around the Super Dragon Balls Plan, manipulating countless others in order to satisfy his own goals and putting in place multiple layers of contingencies so that nobody could ever diverge from his own intentions. Despite this, Kouen genuinely believed this plan would in fact, benefit the world and simply followed an "ends justifies the means" principle.

As he valued only power and possessed a good amount, Kouen therefore disliked to waste it on unworthy causes or unchallenging opponents, claiming disgust when he was forced to. Kouen loved fighting above all else: the sights, the sounds, even the taste of his own blood. Yet he was very disciplined in a fight, never allowing his failed plans or attacks to upset him, never letting superior numbers or power intimidate him, and always willing to do whatever must be done to gain victory. Although he sometimes imposed limitations on himself, such as not using certain techniques more than once, he was willing to "lower" himself with unbecoming tactics or excessive displays in order to change tactics and exploit advantages. He was perfectly aware of his talents and did not feign modesty, bluntly stating when he was stronger than his opponents and belittling them when they continued to defy him. Conversely, if he was proven wrong or somebody posed a legitimate challenge to him, he would admit it, and apologise for previous remarks if necessary. In addition, if such an opponent is about to die, he would show them the ultimate respect by taking the time and effort to finish them off himself, even if said person is going to die on their own. Stemming from this, he feels insulted if he knows an opponent isn't using their full power against him, even if he knows it will result in their death.

In the later years of his developing the Super Dragon Balls Plan, Kouen became pessimistic about human nature, believing the cycle of battle to be inescapable. He also came to believe that life and the universe are incapable of changing from what they were in the past. He believed the current, "worthless" reality was built too much on the idea of winning and losing. For this reason he was deeply committed to his plan, so much that he would prematurely end a fight he was enjoying or kill any threat, even, reluctantly, his own friends, for the sake of its success. Despite this, Kouen was simply acting on what he believed would benefit the universe as a whole.

Appearance: Kouen is about the hight of Vegita but has a slimmer build. His face is also similar to that of Gohan. His hair resembles that of Raditz however only goes down to the back of his neck with a strip of hair going down the side of his face making it relatively short in comparison. His eyes were black and had a stern look on his face. He had a tight black suit like most Saiyans which covered his whole body but left the entire arms exposed. He wears red armor ontop of this. A red breast plate that only covers the top part of the chest and leaves the stomach exposed, red armored fingerless gloves which cover the hands and forearms, 4 red kusazuri which hang from his waist in the front back and sides, and red armored boots that cover his feet and shins. He also possesses a tail which flows freely and is not wrapped around his waist.

Energy Color: In his normal state, unlike most Saiyans, his ki does not flow around him like energy. Instead it sparks around him in the form of red electricity.

Homeworld/Universe: Planet Sadala (Original homeworld of the Saiyans)

Bio: Kouen was a good friend and ally to Yamoshi (The first Super Sayain). Together they tried to bring peace to the Saiyan race under the guidance of Yamoshi. Though their efforts great not much progress was made. However their methods were drastically different. Kouen believed the only way to stop the destructive and violent nature of the Saiyans was through its own destruction and violence, to destroy the Saiyan race through mass genocide and rebuild it from the ground up. He expressed this to his friend Yamoshi who greatly disagreed. Stubborn and getting agitated with the little progress they were making under Yamoshi's guidance, Kouen started to doubt and even resent his friend. Eventually he learned of a secret, The Super Dragon Balls, through a dark being known as Xaxa. He devised a plan to obtain them in order to achieve their goals but on a grander scale. He not only saw the Saiyans as destructive but the entire universe as such as its only true nature was war and conflict. At this conclusion he devised the Super Dragon Balls Plan, in which he would obtain them and use them to destroy most of the known universes inhabitants and under their guidance rebuild the universe into a time of peace. Naturally Yamoshi would not go along with this, being the final straw Kouen defected from Yamoshi's cause disappointed at his friend stating "We leave here as friends, and meet on the battlefield as enemies... old friend". He would later manipulate and lead a group of Evil Saiyans to further his own cause without their knowledge of this. This would be around the time Yamoshi started his rebellion against the Evil Saiyans as well. And as Kouen stated, they would meet on the battlefield as enemies against one another. During this time is when Yamoshi attained Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan God, however Kouen would counter through anger and resentment by obtaining his Evil Super Saiyan and Apocalyptic Saiyan forms. They battled furiously until the victor was clear. Yamoshi dealt the final blow on his friend without mercy, as Kouen lay there dying Yamoshi expressed his sadness over what he has done but has no regrets as it was what had to be done. Unknowingly to anyone however Kouen had left a split clone of himself as a decoy as he barely escaped alive. He would live the rest of his life a lone wonderer, old and decrepid, searching for any way to obtain the Super Dragon Balls. Eventually on his death bed under another identity the dark being Xaxa appeared before him once more, he offered to attempt to revive Kouen in the future as long as Kouen remains in his debt until his favor has been paid. Now in the present Kouen has been resurrected through the Earths Dragon Balls and seeks to move forward with his plan he started so many years ago.

Equipment: He carries a short katana on his back which he incorporates into his fighting style. He also carries the Eternal Potara, these are capable of permanently fusing two beings together by each wearer having one on each opposite ear, only one of the two fused need to be alive for this to work and can only be used once.

Move set: Alongside basic ki attacks and abilities he possesses some signature moves, his larger Ki attacks resemble that large destructive fire attacks from his hands to cover wide areas or concentrated beams of pure fire which have a tiny pinpoint area of attack but with more power behind it.

Ki Copy- By touching a person he can steal their Ki, the longer he touches them the more he steals adding to his Ki pool and healing some injuries. He can then use their Ki to copy their abilities however when the Copied Ki runs out he can no longer use their abilities and has to rely on using his own Ki and abilities.

Sything Hands- The user generates ki into their hands able to slice through most materials, he can also convert this ability onto his sword giving it the ability to slice through most materials as well. However this passively drains Ki while in use.

Ki Clones- He can split into multiple clones of himself however doing so halves his power for each clone created.

Light Beam- Can shoot a small beam of purple light energy from his mouth to cut through objects, this has a high Ki cost on the user and should be used conservatively.

Ki Attack Absorption- He can attempt to absorb a Ki attack into his body boosting his Ki, however this is only really effective on Ki attacks weak to him and with pure willpower sometimes Ki attacks at his same level, Ki attacks that are at his same level or stronger can range from hard to absorb to near impossible putting the user at risk while using this.

Final Move "White Dragon of Destruction"- This attack requires a vast amount of Ki since it drains a lot, the user forms a massive aura of white Ki around them which then forms into the appearance of a White Shenron like dragon with red eyes. The attack cannot be fired from the user as the dragon travels with the user and requires physical contact. While surrounded by the dragons aura his speed, strength, durability, and endurance is greatly enhanced at a cost. The user's power becomes to strong for their own body, jumping could break ones leg and punching could break ones arm, once the user hits the target, the target gets bit by the dragon and the dragon flies forward with the target in their mouth then explodes. The extreme drawback form this is that right after using this he will be near completely drained of Ki and severly injured to the point of no longer fighting so if he can't hit the target in time or fails to defeat them he is left defenseless.

Transformations: Base form (strong as SSJ)

Chaotic Great Ape (strong as SSJ 2)- This form of the Great Ape is achieved by an individual who's heart is starting to become tainted by darkness. Like its name suggests while in this form the user goes into a chaotic craze wildy attacking all around them, rooted in destruction. However with every use the user slowly gains control over the form. This form of the great ape is also more muscular than the previous fat or chubby versions. It also has jet black hair apposed to the typical brown.

Evil Super Saiyan (Strong as SSJ 3) - This form is obtained by a Saiyan whose heart has become tainted by darkness to a considerable amount and has overcome and fully controlled the Chaotic Great Ape form, this form despite being rooted in darkness keeps the user unusually calm keeping their emotions in check however very strong emotions can overcome this. His hair becomes a dark purple and takes the shape of Goku's super saiyan hair with his one hair strand still down the side of his face. His eyes go from black to purple. His energy then flows over him like any other Super Saiyan Aura however instead of yellow it is pure black with streaks of purple electricity popping around him.

Apocalyptic Super Saiyan (Strong as Super Saiyan God with all 4 limiters) - This form is obtained when a Saiyan has their heart completely sunken into darkness and has obtained the previous two forms. This form he has pure white hair that resembles Goku's Super Saiyan hair but this time with two long strands of hair flowing down on each side of his face. The eyes become red and his entire eyes are outlined by red lines. His aura is red flowing around him as well. His forehead has a red x on it with red circles in-between each line (4 in total). These circles acts as limiters to this powers form. With continual use 1 limiter will be removed at a time eventually to the point where he will only have a red x on his forehead with no circles achieving the forms true potential. He will have to work to remove these limiters over time as currently he has all 4 limiters at the moment. (3 Limiters strong as Super Saiyan Blue, 2 Limiters strong as Super Saiyan Blue Vegito, 1 Limiter strong as Base Ultra Instinct, 0 Limiters strong as full power Jiren)

Mythic Saiyan Eternal (Rivals that of Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku)- This form can only be achieved after the user has removed every limiter on the previous form in addition to using the Eternal Potara on another Saiyan of equal strength or greater than the user. When achieved the user gains white robes with black trim similar to that of Super Saiyan White Zamasu, their hair is black and resembles that of SSJ 4 but the length of SSJ 3. Their skin goes pure white with a black infinity symbol on their forehead. Their eyes go entirely black with the pupil being red. They have black lines under their eyes similar to that of Cooler. There is a blue gem imbedded in the middle of their chest hidden under the robes. His Aura is pure white. They also gain access to a black staff with a ring on the end of it. This form is unique in the fact the users body will react faster than the user can think in terms of defense and attack. Even if attacked by an ally by accident the users body will react with deadly intent before the user has anytime to think about what their doing making this form very hard to control. The user also has regenerative abilities on the level of perfect cell. Removing the Eternal Potara will not undo this form as this form is permanent. However the blue gem in their chest does act as a weak point, destroying it would result in the two fused individuals to forcefully separate, doing so is fatal and both individuals will end up dying shortly after separated.
