Hey everyone, I'm YugitoNeko, or as most people call me online- Neko. My hobbies consist of: Spriting, Drawing, Writing, Reading, Playing the Sax, Roleplaying, Listening to music, and hanging out online with friends.

I'm currently writing a story based on the background of one of my original characters. At first it started as a little side project, but I've grown quite fond of the story and have enjoyed writing so much that I've set aside time in my schedule to write and type up on a more-less consistent basis. On a normal basis, I'm able to get a chapter up every other week or so, on rare occasions, I can have two chapters in back-to-back weeks. I'm a spriter that works at several sites, mainly Pokemon sites. For those that don't know, sprites are those small pixel images that many portable video games use. (Like Pokemon Sprites!) It's a time consuming hobby, but many of the sprites I put together are put into one or more of the sites I work for. (The Pokemon Moon RPG, The Pokemon Kryptonite RPG, Laokia Region Roleplay, Torento Region Roleplay.)

I love to read, as most writers seem to. My favorite genre tends to be fantasy/adventure/action series. (With Manga as well.) Some notable series would be the 'Warriors' Series by Erin Hunter, The 'Olympians' Series by Rick Riordan, "The Guardians of Ga'Hoole" Series by Kathryn Lasky, and many more. Note the obvious like for animal based series. In my personal 'library' (My lovely over-packed bookshelf), I've kept well over 100 books that I've read (with a few exceptions.)

I play alto sax in a few local music ensembles. In my high school, I play in the top band, the top jazz group, the musical pit, and the marching band. Along with those groups, I play in the local community band with many other local musicians. On top of that, I've auditioned for the all-region band three times against many other talented saxophone players. If anything takes up time in my life, it is band. I'm a band geek, and I'm proud of it. As for my taste in music... I'm open to pretty much everything though, I prefer classical, orchestral, or band music. Not much for songs with vocal parts.
