We never hear about Charley or Renee's family,so before Bella is conceived the families get together and read the books.

HARRY POTTER:

The Potter family,past so James, his parents, and grandparents read the Harry Potter books

Voldemorts family(The Gaunts and the Riddles) read the books from the Chamber of secrets to the Deathly Hollows

Hogwarts read the books,the past Hogwarts waaaaay at the beginning when it was first made
