Buffy died and fell through a portal, but instead of just falling into another dimension, they merged around her. And then she went to a heaven that wouldn't have existed before. She was pulled back and into a world filled with more monsters than were there before she died. As always a big bad comes up with a plan, and two brothers and an angel offer to help.
