We propose a simple solution for the problem of "the 99%" in the form of the biggest wealth transfer ever: Citizens should vote to upgrade themselves into owners of the state itself. Each citizen should get an equal ownership share certificate just as in a corporation, as well as dividends from future profits of the state.
