![]() Author has written 1 story for Naruto. Hi! You can call me Allie. I took writing as a hobby, jotting down whatever comes to mind on binder paper before ever knowing how to navigate the internet. As far as writing goes, I'm not too proficient. I also take drawing as a hobby although it is never good enough for my standards. Doubting my skills whether they are writing or drawing throughout my entire life has made me postpone exposing them to anyone. Lack of support and parental deviation has hindered collective growth, especially in my drawings. I've stopped drawing for 5-6 years due to the fear of straying from my "dream" of becoming something bigger than myself. However, my writing has never stopped. Although it's apparent that I've gained no skills in piecing a story together, I still love to write and flesh out the world in my mind. This year, I've made some efforts to post my drawings and my stories online. I've returned here, the one place where my imagination and creativity is strengthened some 9-10 years ago, to add to a category I've always loved. While going through that phase where growing up and being too mature to continue growing became a blur to me, I was introduced to Naruto. And being a person who is deeply attached to one thing, today, I still find myself holding onto the series and how much it helped get me through that part of my life. I've never been able to finish the series or continue onwards to its sub-series Boruto, but it doesn't mean my passion for the stories, the characters, and the journeys has gone idle. I'm stuck in a very cloudy place filled with only the good memories of the Naruto series and I think it's good enough for me. My favorite team is Team Gai and my favorite couple is in Team Gai. I love martial arts movies, thanks to being exposed to the glory days of Jet Li, Jackie Chan, and the younger and relatively unknown Donnie Yen. I study the fight choreographies and dialects (pertaining to Chinese films). Most of my stories have elements that draw from Wuxia. Having seen so many glorifications of romantic Qing dynasty, I tend to write about that a whole lot. I can be found on Tumblr and Twitter under the same username. |
