![]() Allo. I'm Vanessa's Dream, a username chosen in an altogether arbitrary fashion. As for what you can call me...take your pick. Nessa, Vanessa, Es, Dreamy. I could go on. Make up your own, and it can be your special pet name for me. Or not. It's all up to you, m'dear. I'm a rather normal girl, with the stereotypical fanfiction.net loves of reading, writing, singing, acting, and the like. Really, I'm a very average girl, barring my particularly sweet disposition. MassacreWitch is my mentor and close friend. Provide the heart emoticons for yourself; I'm sure you're capable. Despite said disposition I have a slight temper. Flamers get my goat. CC is fine, but just flames don't fix anything and make everyone miserable for it. No benefit, as far as I can see. So CC, don't flame, people. Or I may finally get the guts to roll up my sleeves and really go off on somebody. Unlike most people taking sides in this war, I won't hide behind coarse language and an aggressive profile. I openly admit to having a heart, a dignity that can be wounded, and a preference for peaceful debate to angry rants. Maybe now we can all begin to get along. Actually, while I love almost everyone I meet as an individual, I believe society as a whole needs to get a good talking-too, so most of the stories I may someday post here will be my more-or-less subtle way of commenting on current fanfiction.net culture. My, my. Aren't I so very mature? Sorry if I come in a rather scary-bear fashion. I'm really very ready to chat if you feel so inclined for whatever reason. ~Quotes from Fanfics~ It's ridiculous how dying can be so colorful, he thinks. - sweetheart by koalakoala9836 ~Currently...~ Writing- Nothing but schoolwork, unfortunately. On SYOCs... Interactive fics are against the rules. SYOC stories are not. "Interactive" stories are defined as stories that allowed user-generated content after the plot has begun. So flamers... try again. And the whole thing about being unoriginal? How are they any less original than stories such as A Capitol Experience by Claratrix LeChatham, or Starvation 1 by Penelope Wendy Bing? They aren't. If you so ardently believe that such stories are unoriginal, make sure to go bother those two, as well. Not to throw you under the bus, ladies. Just making a point. -Vanessa's Dream- |
