I. intro/purpose of this

Hey there! So, most of you know me as xXIceshadowXx. I have this account because my profile actually got so big that I literally couldn't add or take anything off of it. I couldn't even get rid of all of the boldfaced words! So I started this account to continue that profile, and I'll also use it as a backup account. Originally I just made this account just to continue with my profile, but I've decided that I will be posting drabbles here (probably nothing more than a thousand words) when I need to rant or blow off some writing steam. I'm doing Project PULL (see IV.) and it's really testing me and I absolutely love doing it, but I miss the old days when I could post however many words I want, whenever I wanted. So when I just need to write something on my own terms, I'll post it here. Eventually I might put them all on my main account and take them off of here, but for now I want my main profile just for Project PULL.

For those of you that don't know me, here you go:

Name?: Not telling you. ^_^ But you can call me Icelyn.

Age?: 1-100. If you can guess, you must be a mind reader!

Height?: 5"9! I love being tall. :D

Hair color?: Dirty blonde. I just hate my hair, though. It irks me!

Eye color?: Blue, though they turn green sometimes.

Favorite books?: Harry Potter, Mortal Instruments, House of Night, Vampire Academy, Hunger Games, the Uglies, the Immortals, and Warriors, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians. There are PLENTY more, but I just don't have to write them all down. ;D

Favorite TV shows?: The Vampire Diaries, Nikita, Glee, Tower Prep, and Unnatural History. I really don't watch that much TV...

Favorite movies?: All the Harry Potter movies, Inception, and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Favorite music?: My favorite band of all time is Paramore. ^_^ If you don't know who they are, go and look them up! They're awesome!!!

VI. project pull

My friend, Bookaholic711, started this really awesome thing called Project PULL. Here's the info on it (this comes straight from her profile, so if you see 'I' or something, we're talking about Bookaholic, not me):

PROJECT P.U.L.L.:

Project PULL (Push Ur Limits and Learn) is a challenge that [Bookaholic711] started for myself and that I'm trying to spread to the greater FanFiction. It spreads from 8/19/10 until 8/19/11. Exactly one year. Are you ready?

The Challenge:Post something on FanFiction every other Friday for an entire year.

The Rules: There are only a few.
1) Posts must be within the FanFiction.net guidelines. Not scripts, IM conversations, lists, one-liners, author's notes, or songfictions. Thanks!
2) The story itself (author's note & disclaimer not included) must be at least 1,000 words in length.
3) Your story must be posted by midnight on Friday in your own timezone, whatever that may be.

And that's it! There a couple of requests we have for convenience's sake. If you're going to miss a post and have a legitimate excuse, please PM one of us and let us know it advance. If it any point during the Project you change your username or no longer wish to participate, please please let us know. The Purpose: It's to push your limits and take up your time and practice your skill. It's time to seize the day and make the most of it. Time to improve at something we all love to do. It's time to push ourselves to the brink of exhaustion so that a year from now we can look back and say that we did it. It's push the envelope and feel the burn and do something that we're proud of it.

The Community: Every update that is made as a part of Project PULL will be added by me to our PULL community. If you want to read the work of others participating in PULL, check out the community!

Communication: Courtesy our fantastic admin (see below), we have a forum, website, and Twitter. Join, get your updates, seek writing help, and make new friends.

How to Participate: It's easy. All you have to do is send me a PM telling me that you want to participate in PULL. It's for everyone, there's no tryouts or requirements or anything. All you have to do is let me know. The rest is up to you.
