Favorites:
Movie: Lord of the Rings, all three. Probably the third the most though. 'Course, then they go and cut out some of my favorite characters (I wanted to see the twins! And Imrahil!). Yeah. I have some semblence of sanity. I swear.
Cartoon: Teen Titans, and Family Guy. Really the only TV I watch, but I watch them religiously. Yay immature, americanized anime!
Book: Oi. Toughy. Tolkien is definitely the first. Especially the Silmarillion. I wasn't very impressed with The Hobbit, but that's OK I suppose. Then is pretty uch a tie for second. I absolutely adore R.A. Salvatore, Douglas Adams, Margaret Weis, and Edgar Allen Poe. Don't make me put them in an order.

Lord of the Rings - Aragorn, Glorfindel, and the El twins, Elladan and Elrohir.
Silmarillion - All of the Sons of Feanor but Curufin. Something about that Noldo bothers me. Also Fingon, Maeglin, Glorfindel, and Ecthelion. Hands down, though, my favorite is Maedhros, eldest son of Feanor.
Teen Titans - Raven and Aqualad. Not actually even that fond of the rest of them, but damn, those two make watching the shows worthwhile. Mas and Menos amuse me as well. And I just saw the episode where Starfire goes into the future. I would just like to say that, for such a scrawny looking kid, Robin ages well. Damn, that man is fine.
Forgotten Realms - Drizzt Do'Urden. Yes, he's the epitome of a Gary-Stu character, but he also is the only one I can stand. I adore that drow. I also love Bruenor Battlehammer, Guenhwyvar, and Zaknafein Do'Urden, Drizzt's father. Artemis Entreri interests me, as well.
Dragonlance - Raistlin Majere. Hands down. The coolest wizard I have ever seen. Dalamar comes in a close second, though.
Pairings:
LOTR - Glorfindel/Erestor, Elladan/Lindir. Yes. It's slash. Live with it.
Silm - Maedhros/Fingon, Glorfindel/Ecthelion...that's all I'm coming up with right now, though.
TT - Raven/Aqualad. Raven/Robin, Raven/Jinx, Aqualad/Speedy. What can I say? Raven romances amuse me.

Least Favorite Pairings:
Any incest. At all. I'm sorry if that makes me closed minded, I just don't like it.
LOTR - Aragorn/anyone but Arwen. Sorry people. It annoys me.
Silm - Maedhros/Melkor, Mae/Sauron, and I even saw a Mae/Illuvatar one that kind of squicked me out.
TT - Raven/BB, Raven/Cyborg. Not sure what's so wrong with the last one, it just doesn't get along with me very well. Also Aqualad/Starfire. I don't like that little Tamaranean princess.

WIPs: Well, actually, I'm working on a Raven/Aqualad oneshot/short story. Shouldn't be more than a few chapters. Never written a straight romance thing before, so we'll see how it goes.
