About Matchbox Three nonsense:
It's supposed to be a story about friendship. I'm tired of sad, angsty stories (as brilliant as they are!) and I wanted to write something more light-hearted and sweet, if you will. Personally, I find the Team 7 friendship to be quite adorable, tragic pasts and unhealthy rivalries aside. In going along with the light-hearted tone, this story will not involve any sort of massacre and Naruto's parents are alive and well. AKA there is no theme embedded in this story. i should really rethink that, because i've already set it up for a downfall.

I used to have a plan for this story, but I've lost it. Chapter 2 is in the works, however; I realize that this does not sound promising.
