Hello there :) I have not posted stories for years, but hope to post again eventually. I like a variety of movies, tv shows, and books. Some of my favorites are: Marvel Cinematic Universe, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Xiaolin Showdown, Star Trek, Clive Cussler's books, Sherlock Holmes, and Game of Thrones. There are aspects, though, that I wish could have gone differently. I like to write stories where redemption is found and/or communication improved resulting in character growth and happy endings. My posted stories are AUs focusing on changes in the lives of two characters.
Loki: Thor did not respect him. Neither did Asgard as a whole as shown by not only Thor's friends but the servant in the deleted scene who laughed at him. I think Odin cared for Loki, but he also messed up big time. He cut Loki off, did not explain why he allowed Frost giants to be seen as monsters, and should have had a more stable relationship with Loki before that conversation. Frigga, as much as I like her, made mistakes too. Loki was falling to pieces but her main focus was on Odin and Thor. My first story about him, Loki's Journey, explores how he could have changed if he moved away from Asgard. My other story, Alternate Choices, explores how Loki could have handled events differently in the first Thor movie if he had a healthier mindset. My favorite scene in this story is Loki lifting Mjolnir, but having the self-awareness to know he doesn't need it. He knows he doesn't need to take Thor's weapon or place in Asgard to be awesome ;)
Asajj Ventress: Obi-Wan Kenobi said in one of the comics that she could have been on the light side. I wanted to explore how she could come back to the Jedi after being on the dark side. The first story, New Road, explores how a conflicted Asajj could have affected events of Revenge of the Sith. The other story, What Now, has Revenge of the Sith end happily, but Obi-Wan is adrift. Maybe a certain no-longer-dark Jedi can help him ;)

I have not posted anything in years for two reasons. The main reason, briefly put, is that real life does not leave me much energy and time to write. The other reason is that my attention has been split by multiple story ideas. I have written part of a draft for a sequel to Alternate Choices, most of a draft of a Jack Spicer story, and my inspiration currently insists on focusing on a story where Snape finds a second chance in an alternate universe. I have also realized my posted stories could be edited to reflect changes in my writing. (I would post rewritten stories as separate stories. People might like the original versions better. Also, reviews would no longer fit if chapters are merged together and/or new chapters added.)
TLDR version: limited time and scattered inspiration are the reasons I have not posted anything in years.
