Inheriting Insanity (Naruto/Rurouni Kenshin/Soul Calibur with slight Blade of the Immortal; Chapter 2 complete)
While fighting a defecting Sasuke, Naruto manifests a strange ability that allows him to bring him back to Konoha. However, he must now leave to learn how to control it, and finds himself under the tutelage of one Yukishiro Enishi. Will Naruto master the Nerves of Insanity? And what is his relationship to the Yukishiro clan? Why is it possible for him to use this technique? Currently on indefinite hiatus.

Shadow of Ice (Naruto/Rurouni Kenshin, in planning)
An alternate take on Inheriting Insanity. Upon the successful retrieval of Sasuke, Naruto leaves the village for what's supposed to be a three year training trip, and is instead gone for five years. He returns on the eve of the jounin exams carrying a sword, his personality very different from when he left and wearing a headband of another village. What happened to Naruto on his trip, and who are these people he keeps company with? Has Naruto abandoned Konoha? NaruTen or NaruIno with IruHana and others

Seeking the Red Stone (Naruto/Full Metal Alchemist; in planning)
On the eastern continent of the Elemental Countries, the Akatsuki are seeking the Jinchuuriki. At the same time, the Homonculi are seeking the Philosopher's Stone on the Western Continent. Due to a serious turn of events, the goals of the two groups overlap, and the Homonculi join the Akatsuki in seeking the power of the Bijuu. Why are these two seemingly unrelated groups working together? And what does Naruto's family have to do with all of it?

Uzumaki One-Half (Naruto/Ranma/Rurouni Kenshin with misc. other crosses, in planning)
In the heat of battle, a last ditch technique is used by Orochimaru with the intent to destroy Konoha. Instead of completely annihilating the Leaf Village, it wreaks incredible destruction on it and sends several shinobi into another universe. Years pass, and the ninjas make new lives for themselves. Follow the exploits of Uzumaki Ranma, son of Uzumaki Naruto, and the chaos that follows him in the Tokyo precinct of Nerima. A Ranma AU.

Alter Blood - The Red Moon Clan (Naruto/s-CRY-ed; in planning)
Naruto's parental lineage has always been a closely guarded secret, and for good reason. In the battle against Sasuke, Naruto awakens a dormant power from within that transforms his right arm into a powerful weapon. It is later revealed to be a bloodline known as "Alter Shifting" that only a select few families in the world have, one which manifiest differently for each person with the ability. After the battle, he does not have the chance to seek guidance from his teachers as he is driven out of the village, and into the embrace of the Akatsuki. However, the Akatsuki and its members are not what they seem, nor are they seeking what most think they are. Follow the rise of the Yoakekagure, the Village Hidden in the Dawn, and the heir to the Red Moon clan, Akatsuki Naruto.

Forged in Hellfire, Tempered in Holy Blaze (Naruto/Soul Calibur)
After Kyuubi was sealed within him, Naruto was left in Konoha under the care of the Sandaime Hokage by his mother Ivy to hide him from his father Nightmare and his grandfather Cervantes. In this way, she was able to offer him some form of protection from them as she remained on the run from the two. She returns after Sasuke's defection and killing her father with Taki, Sophitia, and Xianghua upon discovering that Nightmare has established the Hidden Village of the Void on the continent. How will their reunion fare, and what of this odd prophecy that intertwines a young boy, a nine-tailed beast, the Soul Calibur, and the Soul Edge? And what's this? The Akatsuki are actually trying to protect Naruto?

Fall From Grace: The Rise of an S-Class Missing-nin (Naruto)
Shortly after the failed mission to retieve Sasuke, Naruto is dragged out of the hospital by a lynch mob in an attempt to murder him. Those that support him come to his rescue, but they are too late, and Naruto dies in the arms of Umino Iruka. When the council refuses to punish the ninja involved and the villagers protect those involved, Iruka grows steadily more angry with the village. When Naruto's grave is desecrated, Iruka snaps, leaves the village, and becomes a missing-nin. Follow his life on the run and his rise from a lowly Chuunin school-teacher to one of the most feared missing-nin in the world.
