Author has written 9 stories for Inuyasha, Gundam Wing/Sailor Moon, X-Men, and Sailor Moon. I. Love. Anime. It's as simple as that. I adore anime in almost any shape or form. Whether it's sappy romantic or action or fantasy or science fiction or anything, I love it. Let that be the primary basis for my fanfics. Add in the fact that I am not only a romantic, but an optimist and an idealist and you're guaranteed a story with a happy ending. Inuyasha is my favorite, followed closely by Ranma1/2, Fushigi Yuugi, Rayearth, Blade of the Immortal, Oh My Goddess!, Dragon Ball Z, and yes, I will break down and say it, Sailor Moon. And I said I loved romance. Not just because it's easy to write about, but it's cute and fuzzy and such a pick-me-up to read. Unless you're a pessimist, but i'm not going into that. I am a big fan of the normal pairings that the artist meant to put together but I also love those that just don't make sense. They're more fun. Clef/Umi (as soon as he gets taller) Ferio/Fuu (meat to be) Ranma/Akane (as soon as he gets rid of Shampoo) Mousse/Shampoo (if only to get her away from Ranma) Sess/Kagome (must include Jaken-bashing) Miroku/Sango (love 'em, absolutely love 'em) Zoisite/Ami (not Urawa- he bugs me) Heero/Ami (not common enough) Duo/Ami (personally, I think they'd be cute together) Taiki/Ami (when he's a guy) Ok, when it comes to Sailor Moon, I do have somewhat of an Ami bias. Usagi's a ditz, Rei's too judgemental, Makoto's cool but has a bad temper, Minako is the comic relief (funny but . . .), Setsuna just bugs me, Michiru's too perfect, Haruka's cool but also has temper problems, and Hotaru is too dark for someone her age. Mamoru's a baka and Chibi-Usa should die. That's why I like Ami best. Besides, I'm a lot like her. Creepy to say but I'm a lot like an anime character. Bookwormish, quiet, self-conscious, teased about grades. Yea, not fun. So I can relate (and if I can relate to a cartoon character, I need to see a shrink.) Most of my stories will relate around Sailor Moon and specifically Ami because there aren't enough Ami stories out there. |
