The name’s Marlaina. I live in Canada, writing for both fun and pleasure. I used to publish under the name Yasashii Tsubasa, for those of you who are nostalgic.

I crochet my own sweaters, change the colour of my hair more often than is probably healthy, and occasionally I spin a tale or two. I used to write a lot of anime, and my award-winning Angel stories are still here.

I'm now a professional writer, though not of fiction. Mostly I use this profile to review stories; I don't know if I'll ever get back on the fan fiction horse, but if I do I hope to do justice to the communities which contain so many authors I admire.

I will review your stories and go into detail as to what I like or don't like; don't take it personally. I know all too well what it's like to be a new writer on this site, and it's my mission to help people improve their writing. I like reviews, too, so feel free to critique my work. I always like to know what my readers are thinking.
