It's Lucy's birthday and she only has one wish; to be with her best friend Natsu. But he's dating Lisanna, and she doesn't want to get in the way. After several months of putting it off, Lucy is finally going on a date. She's been waiting for Natsu to come around for quite some time, but it doesn't seem like it will ever happen. So to get her mind off it, Cana offers to set her up on a blind date with an unknown suitor and doesn't tell Lucy much about him. What awaits Lucy on this mystery date? [Total NALU fluff!]

Natsu's determined to find out Lucy's birth date, Happy's determined to keep everything a secret, and Lucy really just has no idea what's going on. Because throwing a surprise party for his better half is kind of a major ordeal, but definitely worth all the trouble in the end. ―NaLu

Lucy has feeling for her pink-haired guild mate. When Natsu asks her to meet him, how will things fare? NaLu fluff.

Natsu flushed. Seriously, this woman would be the death of him. Admitting defeat, he pulled off the ornament on his neck, leaning forward to tie it around her throat. Lucy giggled, and the flame dragon-slayer averted his eyes, the sight of her cuddled in his scarf causing him to blush.-Sake, videos and photos, and an accidental engagement. NaLu. It can be a difficult time when your best friend has a girlfriend. It can also be a very, very weird time, a very bad time, when she's a borderline psychopath. But you don't know the good that can come from it, you just have to wait it out and be the best friend that you always have been.- Nalu T for language.
