Jaune once had the desire of becoming a hero. While that desire still remained, he had a new goal by the time he tried to enter Beacon. But while he may have entered Beacon, it wasn't as a student, much to his own surprise. And now he must contend with the perils of his new job whilst preparing to combat a great threat. But can he do so when darkness is all he now sees and knows?

Jaune Arc knows these things about his parents. Firstly, they're celebrities. Lucas Arc, the hero, and Raven Branwen, the enigma. Secondly, they both wield swords. His father uses a claymore, his mother brandishes an ōdachi. And thirdly, he has both their skills. The huntsman's classic form, and the huntress's unorthodox form. Getting into Beacon Academy? Easy as pie. Or is it?

He didn't know the first thing about teaching, Hell, he didn't even know the first thing about fighting! A shame then, that his forged documents painted the picture of an accomplished and skilled warrior. Now he's trapped teaching students his own age how to be hunters, when he doesn't even know himself!

This year was going to be different. He was going to make some friends, find one (and only one!) girlfriend, become a hunter and make his parents proud! It would be easy, right? All he had worry about was Grimm, a group of psychopathic criminal masterminds, international politics and most sinister of all...his own Semblance? Avoiding a harem has never been this hard...

Jaune has a hobby most people would find strange or frown upon. Unfortunately the poor boy can't help himself, he was born to do what he does. They do say that the pen is mightier than the sword.
