Hmm... About me... I love the entire Slayers anime with all my heart; no matter what, it remains the best in my mind. My favorite character is obviously Xellos. I'm also a fan of Harry Potter, Dragonball/Z/GT, and Love Hina. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and the Matrix Trilogy (movies AND books) are amazing to me. My favorite video game is Final Fantasy, particularly Final Fantasy VII, because it has the powerful, awesome, haunting Sephiroth. FFVII: Advent Children all the way!!! The news people have been waiting for:
1) Ultimate Force was removed. Why? Because it was basically my extremely early attempt at The Dark Brilliance. It started out good, then it got really really bad. That's basically the whole story. Now that The Dark Brilliance is here (and has been for a loooong time), there's really no more use for it.
2) My main project right now is indeed The Dark Brilliance. It's been almost a year since I last worked on it, but it's returned. But am I uploading chapters or even writing chapters right away? No. (sounds of disappointment) This is because a) I'd like more reviews and b) Since I've become a better writer over the past year, I'm editing the entire story. Making descriptions better, everything flow a LOT smoother, and maybe even add in bits and fix stuff up.
3) After The Dark Brilliance has been edited, I HOPE that editing the story counts as an "update", because then my story will be at the top of the list in terms of most recently edited Slayers stories. I'll be able to get a lot more reviews early. ^_^
4) After this, I'll continue to write The Dark Brilliance (if editing doesn't count as updating, then this is where the reviews come in). However, I have far bigger plans for this story, as you'll see after the fanfiction is complete.
5) During this time, I can work on humor fics and try writing songfics, something I haven't had time to attempt yet. There will be lots of them eventually.
6) Hopefully as a result of constant updates and many stories, I'll get attention as a Slayers fanfiction writer, and get some exposure.
7) The Slayers - Matrix Style!, my earliest story, still has a special place in my heart (I can still laugh at it, which is amazing). The fact remains, however, that it used to be four stories. This was before I knew how to add chapters to stories. So, I got a lot of good reviews. But when I combined the four, they were obviously all erased. If editing it doesn't make it one of the "most recently updated", I may even add an extra chapter, as a special bridge between that and:
8) Slayers Reloaded. That's right, sequel time!
9) So, please review The Matrix - Slayers Style! and The Dark Brilliance. I need the input, and I'll try to start updating full-time very soon. I won't stop writing during the next school year.
