![]() Author has written 9 stories for Star-Crossed, Teen Wolf, Maze Runner Trilogy, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, 2016, and X-Men: The Movie. Hi guys! Grace here! And no, don't mistake me for the fabulous Grace Kelly. I have an 'e' instead of an 'l'. PM me if you like My Latest updates in stories/life Lately I'm silently stalking again tumblr and reddit. No, those are only for kicks. I don't think I'll be posting anything there anytime soon. Ao3 is still something that I'm thinking about if I'll transition my stories from there. FF will still be my main page. So, Stranger Things. Watched it. Loved Billy. Wish I could make a story for him. Maybe a mini-series will do one day. I have one already stored in mind. Pretty angsty, kinda like Names, but a bit more mature (not in a smutty way... much) Geez, why do I love men with issues? Not sure if that'll ever exist on a document file here in my computer anytime soon. I'm officially gonna state that Crossing The Stars fanfic will be on a definite hiatus and will be shelved for an unknown amount of time. It's been years already and I think I've already outgrown the fandom already. Sad, but that's what happens when series die. Grayson will forever be in my heart though. His and Emery's story was the first official post that I published ever in my life. I may opt to remaking it just for the kicks, but again, that's just a thought swirling over my head. Re: Requests So, I'm getting a few (Honestly, it's only just a few) story requests every now and then. I'm pretty sure if you read my Notes in my stories you should already know that I'm a terribly busy person. So this is me telling all of you now that I won't be doing requests as of the moment due to reason stated on the previous sentence. Sorry. My muse is definitely in a shortage already and if you add more to the plate, I'll probably never get things done. I write only when I have a wineglass with cheap booze on it, or when there are nights that's very quiet in the house that I could concentrate (which is almost non-existent, as we're kinda plenty in the house). Moving out is not an option at the moment because hey, money can't grow on trees. It's never really easy to write not especially when I suddenly grew up (I was like, a teenager when I started this. And now I'm a grown-up with a job. That's right, kids. It's wildly insane). So I hope you guys could understand. What I could say is that I'm not the most consistent writer, but I write as much as I could when I feel like in the mood. So please, let's make things work for the both of us and then I'll manage to pull through whatever it is that I'm currently writing. A little bit about me Mostly what I'll do is write OCs. I like original ideas incorporated into stories, providing a cool new outlook on the story hopefully without changing too much of what really happened in the telling itself. I like books, games, etc. etc. mostly supernatural-romance related. You can check my faves to the almost various genres to see what I like. But what I mostly love are werewolves. lol. And aliens. Oh, and zombies. Any M!Non-Human/F!Human thing but no sparkling vampires (sorry, Twilight ruined it for me). Specific cup of teas would be dark romances involving antagonists/anti-heroes, unique ideas but not totally revising the whole thing into a complete AU. I also like slow development. The best way to tell a story is when you let your readers digest and enjoy the plotline in a steady pace. Also, nice and readable writing is always the best writing. It's very common reading fanfics here and there, and gems are really valuable that I just HAVE to favorite it so I can reread it over and over. But I tend to avoid those that have seabeds of paragraphs or mismatched double quotations. I update in a very sporadic manner, but I'll give it my best effort to finish them. It would take months and months, depending on the pacing. Reviews, follows, faves kinda helps with the pacing and the more, the faster. But it doesn't mean that if I get a thousand of those, I'll finish everything in a day. But I'll be incredibly thankful if you did so either way :) I span from one fic community to another, depending on my preferences. I don't focus on one community and you'll probably see me around—probably a lot, doing one-shots but most likely short stories. Unfortunately, I don't have any other social media outlet you can subscribe yourself to, so I only have this one. BUT, I am available for PMs and chatting if you want to talk about my story or the fics (I have all my mail accounts in my phone, so I get updated from time to time). Lastly, I mostly keep things personal and most especially, private. You can talk to me about mostly anything. About my stories or yours. About your opinions on T.V. Series or Anime or games, your fanfic life, my fanfic life, you name it. I may also spit out my regimen and schedule and what I do in my spare time, but anything beyond that, I'm most probably going to avoid answering it. Let's just keep things at an anon-esque level, shall we? ;) Stories and most likely the author's, me, sort of descriptive outtakes/summaries/ramblings on it. Names Series - Names That Weren't Written In Stone - Complete - Not gonna spoil you guys on anything, but trust me that Gally's a sort of anticlimactic anti-hero of the story, which I. so. fucking. love. Too bad he doesn't have a steady backstory behind him. So I created one. It's kind of like the first book/movie's predecessor (but it's the Kill Order's ancestor), so it will revolve around certain happenings and evolutions that will explain things in my point of view, leading up to the events with Thomas and Teresa. A Fate's Tale of Here and There's Series - A Night At The Watch Tower - Complete - I was forced to watch GoT with my family a couple of days before I created this and I was supposed to finish Names, but unfortunately I cannot get the plotline forming in my mind when they started binge-ing it to the latest episode. So instead of fighting, I'd joined them. Curse me, right? Coincidentally, another idea popped into my head while I was watching and then poof. This one shot is born. This is a simple kickstarter for me and an exercise while I try to squeeze out the ideas in my head for GoT and focus to finish my Names. :3 - The Girl Who Leapt Through Westeros - Complete - It's the continued segment of the story just above this. When I wrote Watch Tower for kicks, I couldn't help but feel to continue the story, because it's really fun to write unlike some of the stories I've tried creating. Anyway, this was purely made for fun while trying to make it as dramatic as found in the series, and I'd like to play around the "what-ifs" found in it as well. Also, I consider this as a challenge for myself. Now I'm not sure if there are already insert!fics in GoT (not ASOIAF), but the difficulty on writing this is my OC, who have all the knowledge of the series, will try to change things without making her a Mary-Sue in the process. Eh? Ehh? - The Crow With No Feathers - In Progress - The continued story of the TGWLTW Series. I think what I want to do with this one is to Rory's development as a character. There'll be little appearances of the major characters in the main series on this Book, so I'm pretty sure I'll be nabbing some concepts here and there. Also since Rory has free reigns on her journey, I want to express more on the lesser side of the spectrum, in the social sense. I think in GoT, we all see a lot of the lives of upper/middle-class noblemen or knights and only a select few like mercenaries and squires. I want to delve a little more than that. Sure, it's boring, but it expands the imagination and lore for Westeros a bit... at least, in my opinion. - The Side Story - Complete - Entitled as "A Fate's Tale of Here and There (Side Stories), it's more of a companion fic that tells my drabbles and ideas on the Fate's Tale series. Rest assured that I'll be posting updates for this if in any case that I might spice up my writing or get back into it to practice, so it'll be allll here. One-Shots and Other Stuff - Stay For The Night - Complete - A bit of imagination playing around when I watched this scene in Teen Wolf where Liam was being haunted by images of the berserkers. He was alone, traumatized, scared out of his little mind and no one was there to talk to him. But what if that night, he wasn't truly alone? What if someone was there the night he woke up from his nightmare? So I made this for him. :) - Crossing The Stars - In Progress - I made this story out of sheer whim of Grayson's dark persona in the middle episodes. I kinda wondered why the writers sort of destroyed his life and it's sad to see that he's the only one picking up the pieces on his own. So I fic'ced him someone who would do just that. I also incorporated a new aspect in the Atrian culture but not so much that it'll be the center of attention in the story. Do note that this fic will focus on Grayson's side of the story, the Red Hawks, and life and adaptation of the Atrians outside the Sector. - Paper Dive - Complete - A bit of my take on the character evolution that is Billy Hargrove. Things are a bit vague here because the resources up to the time this was written was very scarce. I also want to have it on a 2nd PoV "wallflower"-esque perspective. Also, what I'm proud of this is the coming-of-age theme that goes along with this as well. How Billy and you underwent changes with each other and how the other responds to it. Contains puppy-esque love, and then it will go an insane overturn with angsty themes and hurt/comfort and all of that tear-jerking (hopefully) drama. |
