A selection of little moments between Charlie and Elsie (!) from the proposal at the end of the Season 5 Christmas Special and onwards. It does contain lots of season 6 spoilers. It had been designed to tear them apart, but in the end it had only brought them still closer togther. A story about how love can come from grievous experiences.

a.k.a NipS. Frequently NSFW. Mrs Hughes and Mr Carson, and a long journey. It started out as sass appreciation, pure and simple, and got a little complicated. CarsonxHughes, CarsonxCarson and HughesxHughes getting over the fears taught by society and getting their shit together. Set during and after s4, with various lines of dialogue from s5 and possibly s6 (we'll see).

This story will follow Mrs Hughes and Mr Carson after the Series 5 Christmas Special, taking the story forward following Mr Carson's enchanting proposal of marriage. Other characters will feature as we see how those Downstairs and Upstairs react to the engagement x

Mrs. Hughes uses some of the cuts in staffing the family has made to her advantage. I don't own any of the characters. Trust me if I did there would be a lot more Chelsie and a lot less of any of the upstairs characters (except the Dowager Countess because she priceless).

Christmas is near at Downton Abbey and presents need to be exchanged, as well as kisses underneath the mistletoe. And Mrs. Hughes knows Dickens by heart and decides that chocolates are overrated. Part of the Mistletoe Challenge. No spoilers. Have fun.
