Takes place the night before Jorah runs into Tyrion at a brothel in Volantis. This is his story of the night he spent with the silver-haired whore.

After leaving Qarth and buying a ship, Ser Jorah and Daenerys are brought into a conversation that, though beating around the bush, highlights their feelings for one another. And perhaps Ser Jorah is left with a glimmer of hope, despite her indifference.

"You feel you've received your just punishment, is that it? That I should now welcome you back into my good graces with arms open wide to embrace you?" Jorah finds his way back to the Dragon Queen. post-ADWD

A dark discovery leads to startling epiphanies for both Daenerys and Ser Jorah.

Ser Jorah is interrupted from his thoughts during the night by the Khaleesi crying out. A discussion of dreams ensues.

"Save your tears, child. Weep for him tomorrow, or a year from now. We do not have time for grief. We must go, and quickly, before he dies." Dany takes Ser Jorah's advice and a very different, but no less adventurous path. AU.
