This story includes clichés such as: OC from alternate universe that has Doctor Who show arrives mysteriously and changes events, OC whose looks/species change by entering the Doctor's universe, OC TimeLady/OC who doesn't know she is a TimeLady, OC who somehow ends up 'with' the Doctor despite that not being her intention, clueless OC and OC with low self-esteem.
