Hello! Thanks for visiting my profile. As you can see, I haven't published anything yet, due to the incapability of my inspirations to materialise themselves in the form of typed words. I think Geraldine McCaughrean has aptly summed up my situation with the phrase 'There are things roaming around inside my head as clever as Theseus in the Labyrinth. It's just that nobody ever gave them the necessary piece of string, so they'll never find their way out', but never mind. I enjoy reading good, thoghtful fanfiction, especially those based on Greek mythology and inspiring books. My favourite books in the world are Daughter of Venice, Anne of Green Gables, The Red Necklace, I, Coriander, the Stravaganza series, Princess Academy, Northanger Abbey... My favourite things to do include spending a consecutive five hours in bookstores, learning Latin, naming my characters, looking up the etymology of words and comparing serif typefaces (Goudy Old Style is always the best), things that are a lot more exciting than they sound. Some of my more normal pastimes are listening to music (I love Josh Groban and Taylor Swift) and writing my profile information when I should be working on my History essay. (Hard as I try I can't think of another example.) My recent pursuit is to read some more grown-up books, such as Brideshead Revisited and Atonement, so that I wouldn't look too silly reading books about fourteen-year-old girls by the time I'm twenty five, which is why you are more likely to find me in the adult fiction section than in the teenage fiction section during one of my five-hour visits.
