Things have changed since the war 50 years ago. Ichigo and his friends have died and all become shinigami but the other captains start to dislike him despite his help throughout the war. Ichigo is too strong for one man to be. Some captains start to plot against him and get rid of him. Ichigo goes back in time instead, taking his place right before he saves Rukia from Seireitei.
