My name is Brett T. Mazzoni and I have been a lifelong Science Fiction fan, especially the Star Trek franchise which was my introduction to the genre. For me, Science Fiction has been an outlet from a life of poverty, bullying, and domestic abuse. When I was 8-years-old, I picked up a pencil and started writing and I haven't stopped. I have always dreamed of being a writer and journalist but life and college put those dreams on the backburner for a while. Now I am finally pursuing those goals and I am in the process of finishing my first Science Fiction novel and preparing it for publication.

I decided to get on this site and write some fanfiction, to share my view and ideas of the franchises I love with fellow fans and to connect with other writers. if I'm lucky, I might even connect with a publisher or something of the sort.
